Big problem with navi!!!! HELP!!!

Hi guys,

 

a week ago the navi started not working well.

When I turn on the car it doesn't turn on, sometimes it turn on, sometimes it turn on after a lot of time.

Yesterday turn on but it freeze on the Honda Navigation picture, when I turn on the lights the picture dim...

I've tried to take out the disc, the navi doesn't turn on without the disc..

 

Alpine changed my lens but the navi still doesnt work, it is loading the disk but it always remains on the starting bar... (the force download screen)

anyone know how to reset the navi unit????
