Wie gesagt, alle Teile sind jetzt weg. Habe nur noch Motor, Getriebe, ABS Sensoren HA und Fensterheber.

Hat jemand eine Ursache gefunden? Wir haben jetzt ein Kunden bei dem wir schon die Bremssätteln und Bremsschläuche gewechselt, trotzdem klemmen die hintere Sättel. Woran liegt das?

Alle Teile sind jetzt weg, bis auf den Motor und Getriebe.

Das ist zwar ein falscher Bereich, aber naja gut. Auf deine erste Frage kann Ich Dir leider keine Antwort gebe. Die zweite Frage. Das hört sich nach interne Abnutzung, die frage ist nur was? In meisten Fällen sind das die Lagerschalen. Wenn Du einen ölwechsel durchführst, falls Du es selber machst, dann musst Du das Öl langsam ablassen und durch einen Tuch durchlaufen lassen. Dann musst Du scheuen ob im Tuch ebenfalls Späne oder ähnliches zu finden sei. So, zu den Teilen. Türgriff innen habe Ich als neu da. Zahnriemen. Welchen Motor hast Du drin? Kofferdeckel habe Ich noch, wollte aber diese Woche entsorgen, da Ich die Garage aufräumen möchte. Stoßstange habe Ich nicht mehr. Gurte habe Ich alle entsorgt. Da hilft aber sehr gut Silikonspray, kein WD40 oder so was. Einfach komplett raus ziehen und mit Silikonspray einsprühen. Scheinwerfer schleifen wir mit eine Maschine. Erst 600 dann 1500 und zum Schluss 2000. Ist aber auch vom zustand abhängig. Manchmal fangen wir auch mit 400 Schleifpapier. Wenn das geschehen ist, kommen zwei Schichten Klarlack drauf. Das Ergebnis ist sehr gut.
